Liberty Elementary Families,
Welcome to the Liberty Elementary website. We hope you find many useful resources here and continue to periodically visit to learn about upcoming school events, programs and recognitions.
The Liberty Teachers, Students & Staff are celebrating reaching 2012 goals:
- We earned an “A” School Grade for 2010-2011 (6 Years straight)
- Grade 4 Writing scores were near 90% Proficiency
- We had the highest Grade 5 FCAT Science scores in Coconut Creek Zone
- We had our 2nd highest learning gains in Reading in 6 years
- We increased Grade 3-5 FCAT Math scores by 10%
- We’re a Five Star School Award winning school
- We’re a Golden School Award winning school
- We’re a Prevention School of Excellence
- We increased our number of National Board Certified Teachers
- We just celebrated a Decade of Excellence (2002-2012) with a 10-Year Anniversary
We’re very proud of our accomplishments. Our staff is very excited to begin the 2012-2013 school year. Our theme is “Liberty Going For The Gold”. This year, we continue to set high goals and our mission remains as “To promote through teamwork, a positive and engaging environment that focuses on the achievement of all learners”. We look forward to working with our students, families, PTA, community and Partners in Education to make this year, a very special year for Liberty Elementary.
